So they finally started showing the ferry boat arc episodes here in the Netherlands last night. I was just wondering if anybody else cried during the first episode and can I expect to cry for the next two? I knew what was going to happen, yet I was crying buckets by the end of the episode. Just wondering.

I'm confused.. did they ever say whatever happened to Dr. Haan? She was on for a few episodes and I thought the Chief was going to make her Chief of Cardiothroacics? But I guess that all went down the drain when he found out about Preston's hand. But anyways.. she just sort of evaporated into thin air. Did they ever say anything about her again?

Okay am I missing something about what went down when Derek caught Addison cheating on him?  In season 2, I thought (from my bad memory) that Derek just walked away.  I believe Mark said he did that.  Well in Season 3 we see Derek taking Addison's clothes and throwing her out.  Am I wrong or is this just a mistake the writers didn't catch or
